A new ongoing collaboration has been announced between VHS Head and the Snapshots Music and Arts Foundation, with several special films being created around tracks from VHS Head's recent 'Persistence of Vision' LP. The foundation describes themselves as :

"formed with the mission of providing arts access to students and the public by documenting the biographical history and musical performances of some of today’s greatest artists through film. Our goal is to make all Snapshots Films available through public and private libraries nationally, the internet, and community showings, building a new platform of support for the musical arts."

They've chosen VHS Head as one musician very much worth documenting, and have commissioned a series of 4 films and an exclusive interview. This is what they have to say about it:

"The Snapshots Foundation is proud to announce an ongoing collaboration with artist VHS head. Through several EP releases on Skam records, Adrian Blacow [VHS head], introduced an innovative concept of merging sampled VHS tape sources with remarkable programing that reimagined the possibilities of electronic music.  To celebrate the release of VHS heads's Persistence of Vision, four videos set to VHS heads music will be released ending on Halloween."

You can check the first teaser video below, and find 2 more embedded on this web page - which will be updated with further videos and the interview in the coming weeks!
